Art Paint Supplies That Won't Break The Bank

I am a college student which means money is tight. I am an art major, so I need A LOT of art paint supplies.  These are not cheap except I found some great priced supplies that actually work really well. They are great quality and I really love using them. They have such a variety of supplies that I never have to worry if I will be able to get something or not.
